Prepare tonight, in any way possible, for tomorrow’s tasks and you will feel pleasantly surprised at how much less stress you will feel upon waking in the morning. Each task you must do to prepare for work in the morning can cause stress to pile up. Be sure to prepare the outfit you plan to wear in advance. Get your lunch ready the night before. Then you will be far more organized in the morning.

Take whatever is stressing you out and number it from 1-10. One would be a minor problem, while ten would be something catastrophic. This will really help you not stress over minor things.

Gather your buddies together for an exhilarating run. Exercise will help rid your body of toxins by letting you sweat them away. Try running to eliminate the stress from your life.

Read a favorite book, listen to restful music, or just close your eyes and meditate. This soak is a wonderful way to shut off the mind for a little while, and to just rest while allowing the stress to dissolve away.
